Park runs across the country were badly affected by the pandemic, and when people were starting to get out and enjoy running again, I visited Millom on their 5th anniversary of their park run.
At one stage during Covid, they had only 20 people turning up to run nights, but now they have a brand-new state of the art running track and floodlights, and are now approaching their 6th anniversary this Christmas.
